Ness began singing before she could talk, developing appreciation for a broad range of musical genres. In 2011, she recorded Ten Thousand Miles, a variety album exploring covers and original work. She has also participated in virtual choirs and recorded soundtrack for Lucas Studios Australia. She is a truly versatile cross-over artist who is never happy in any one box.
During her tertiary studies at The University of New England, she studied advanced classical voice under Opera Australia countertenor, Tobias Cole, and much loved soprano Louise Page, as well as participating in masterclasses with Yvonne Kenny, Andrea Katz and Marilyn Richardson, and appearing in various productions throughout the Canberra region. She also undertook tuition in the unique Sephardic and ancient Hebrew vocal traditions with acclaimed artist, Anna Riveiro. She has experience in Celtic, folk, pop, musical theatre and light rock and jazz. At the close of her degree, she left the opera scene to use her music for Jesus exclusively.
Influenced by ambient electronic and progressive rock styles, her classical track morphed when she discovered electronic composition techniques. In 2020, she studied piano as a distance student with The Worship Music Academy and became fast friends with her autoharp, Phillipe. She is now a freelance musical artist, embodying the term 'versatile,' incorporating an eclectic range of training to make up her hybrid musical palette.
